Hello,

I am trying to login to my Mozilla account so that I can backup my data and move it onto a new computer. However, even though Sync is activated, I cannot find my Mozilla Firefox password anywhere and am unsure of what it is. Is there anyway that someone who works at Mozilla can give me access to my password?

I am happy to verify my identity and prove that this is indeed my account, but I am not sure of how to go about doing so. I really need access to all of my data, and would be highly thankful for any assistance regarding this matter.

After rebooting a Windows 10 computer, and starting Firefox, two Firefox Windows open. The second one opens Yahoo on it's Tab with no other Tabs open. Before booting, there was only one Firefox window open. This has happened before in the past.

Could this be fixed.

I have also reported several times that at times, Bookmark folders are found missing but found in strange places where I did NOT move them. I have been told that this could be possibly caused because of my very large Bookmark file. It would be very nice if this was resolved. I have reported this at bugzilla.mozilla.org.

As per subject. When i click a Mailto link in a webpage, eMClient opens OK, but message window does not. Seems to be a Firefox problem because it works fine in Chrome. I've checked the Firefox and Windows (10) settings; all seems as it should be. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My internet has 750mb of bandwidth. Updated 64bit Firefox can only provide 320mb. I installed Chrome and the internet went to 800mb. What could be slowing down internet speed in Firefox? I restored Firefox, restarting everything. I did the same with Windows 10. I restored it to an earlier date. It didn't improve anything. What to do ?

When I start FireFox most times the browser comes up then stops and restarts with a pink color on the web address line. I have tried making changes in settings but I can not find a setting for this. If I restart Firefox right after this happens, I cn search or browse without the Pink address line. Why is this happening. It would be nice if FireFox technicians would respond to help questions instead of sending questions to a forem...

Please help me to understand why I keep getting the 'Gah! Your tab just crashed' message. This only started a couple of weeks ago, but is extremely annoying and makes me doubt the integrity of Firefox. The problem can be circumvented (at least for a while) by closing and re-opening Firefox, but I'd prefer not to have to keep doing this.

I have been using Firefox as my preferred browser on Windows 10 Home and Pro systems for a considerable time and have recommended it to many Windows and Android users.

Windows 10 Home ver 10.0.19045 has recently been unable to access many well-known websites due to

Secure Connection Failed - An error occurred during a connection to <website's https url> PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR.

There are multiple reports of this problem from 2023 up into 2024 in Mozilla support and across the web, but no solutions. Curiously all of the problem reports mention Firefox not any other browser. Suggestions to try multiple fixes, but none have resolved the problem.

One posting on Mozilla Support marked RESOLVED says the problem mysteriously went away for that user. Lots of people still seem to be having this problem, so how about a fix.

It was working fine and now the past few days I can no longer login to my Fastmail.com account other than from my Windows 7 pc

So no one including Firefox can email me
