I have an extension "Cisco Click to Call" that is no longer working in Firefox. If I downgrade Firefox to 24 it works, is there a setting I can change in Firefo

When I highlight a phone number and right click I do get the option to call, the number is never transferred to my Cisco phone.

Hi Dave_Staley, sorry about that unrelated response.

With each release, various changes are made and sometimes extension developers do not anticipate the effect and so an update is not immediately available.

I don't recall this being mentioned on the forums before, not that it's possible to read every thread, so it could be that other users were able to find an update to their Cisco software. Could you check on that?

It might also be worth checking any support forum Cisco might have for this product.

If you cannot live without this extension and no update is available, consider using the Extended Service Release of Firefox 24 for the time being. The ESR release gets the security fixes of later Firefox releases. You can learn more about Firefox ESR on this page: http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/.
