www.microsoft.com doesn't open in my browser
Official links like microsoft and avira are not getting opened in my mozilla web browser nor in google chrome or internet explorer. i even formatted my system. please help i urgently need to connect to these links.

Can you connect to other websites? I guess you were able to connect to this one.
If the problem is selective, it could indicate malware. You may want to run some supplemental scans. These two tools are highly regarded:
Malwarebytes Anti-malware : http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.superantispyware.com/
Malware which affects all browsers on a PC may also block the websites for "known tools" for fixing the Malware. You may need to download those two programs on a different PC and transfer them to the afflicted PC via a USB memory device.
