Why am I not able to update the latest version of Firefox when it tells me it is ready to download. It seems to get "stuck" on connecting to the update server and won't go any further. This has been happening every time I try for several months now.
I think the version it is trying to download is 10.something, and it seems to freeze on the "progress" window for quite some time before I end up closing it down. I have sometimes minimised the window while I've done other things, coming back to it perhaps 30 mins later and the window is exactly the same as when I left it.
