I cannot open pdf files from several web sites. For example, I cannot open statements on my bank website, or forms from the Russian consulate site. Instead, my computer first shows black screen which then turns into a white blank screen.

I go to a Chase bank web site and click link to a monthly statement which is in pdf format. Previously, I did not have any problem to open statements, but now instead of opening a pdf document the computer shows a black screen which then turns into a regular blank page. Looks like Fierfox blocks access to these pdf files. I met the same problem with the opening MS-Word file using a link to the document on the Russian Consulate website.
