Where is the refresh page icon?

My Firefox automatically updated to the most current version. There is no refresh button. Lots of people appear to have asked about this - but I'm finding no answers for it in what has been posted.

If there is a "settings", through which I can activate a refresh button, I also can't find "settings" either.

This is hardly an improvement... I'll use another browser if I can't refresh!

Help!!

Firefox 4 and later use a combined Stop/Reload/Go button that is positioned at the right end of the location bar.
During the page load process it shows as a Stop button and after the loading has finished the button is changed to a Reload button.
If you type in the location bar then that button becomes a Go button.
Middle-click the Reload button to duplicate the current tab to a new tab.
