When using FireFox 4.01 in Hotmail, the "down arrow" at the bottom of the vertical scroll bar will not move the screen down. It displays a 90 degree double ended arrow to allow for the adjustment of the displayed screen. I am forced to left click the blue bar itself and move the displayed information. This does not occur when using IE.
