Over the last several weeks whenever I try to open a downloaded file I'm flashed a box that offers 2 options: either "save" or "cancel." The same thing happens when I ask for the download folder to "open" (in this case, however, the folder does open but when I click on the previously downloaded file, I again get a box that asks me if I want to save the downloaded file--which I have already saved in the previous box of save options--or if I wish to cancel). The frustrating, repeated problem: I am not given any option to "open" the file!
