Now when I create a bookmark the window doesnt open and ask me where I want to file the bookmark. Why?
When I try to bookmark a website the window that use to open and ask me where I wanted to file the bookmark doesnt open anymore. It now just throws the bookmark under general bookmarks. How do I bookmark to a specific folder of bookmarks?

Do you have the McAfee Site Advisor extension installed?
If so, disable it. A recent update to that extension is breaking that part of Firefox bookmarks.
If not that extension, do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
