gmail won't open for one of my accounts

I have two gmail accounts and have saved both on my bookmark toolbar. Today, the email that has the http address "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox" gives me nothing but a blank screen. The other, which has the http of "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/2/#inbox" operates just fine. I am able to open and access the first google account on my android phone or by using google chrome. I am only not able to use it on the firefox platform.

Any suggestions?

Both you links work fine for me.

Try deleting cache and site data etc.

I do not allow cookies on my laptop but both the above give me an option to log in, exactly the same screen
