Videos will load, however they will not play, not limited to youtube, all playback

All videos on any site will load properly however they will not play. Can skip around and see frame by frame but the video will not play

Also tried running incognito, disabling hardware acceleration, audio enhancements, disabling all extensions, reloading firefox by resetting the app.
Also allowing autoplay in permissions and clearing cache, troubleshoot mode.

Can you confirm e.g. these Moon videos: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Videos_from_the_Moon also don't play for you? (They should use the most patent–free codec available so are easiest to load…)
