There's more info down the thread there, you might be able to work around the issue using some of the recommended addons hiding your real system versions.

If it's just static public files maybe there's a workaround, like using a search engine preview or a translator and similar to grab a copy of it for you that won't be too picky about your system.

Do you have an idea which exact forms you need so I could try finding quick workarounds for now? Is this about https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/ or some other page?
