Why does firefox guess at a random folder to download to?
Why does Firefox take wild guesses at what folder I want something save to. I just downloaded 108 files to the same folder and Firefox never caught onto where I wanted to save these files. It just kept pitching randome "default" folders all over my computer. How can this possibly be a desirable behavior?

Hi, have you navigated here?
1) Open Firefox and click on the menu button in the top-right corner.
2) Select "Options" from the dropdown menu.
3) In the "General" tab, scroll down to the "Files and Applications" section.
4) Under the "Downloads" section, choose "Browse" to select a new folder for your downloads.
5) Alternatively, you can select "Always ask me where to save files" to have Firefox prompt you each time you download a file.
Maybe you need to uncheck having it ask you each time recreate the pathway and test it out circle back.
