my history was deleted when i rebooted the browser
I updated the browser an all of history was deleted. I must have the history. It has all of the links to the websites I must access. this is critical

First, avoid resetting or reinstalling Firefox again until you check the profile data, because that can overwrite what is left. Open about:profiles and see if there is more than one profile; if another profile is listed, launch it and check the History menu there. If it is the same profile, look in the Firefox profile folder for places.sqlite or places.sqlite.corrupt and check whether you have a system backup/restore point from before the update. Firefox Sync usually does not work as a full history backup, so if the places database was replaced and there is no OS backup, recovery may be limited.
