I have a Windows 7 desktop with Firefox 115.35.0esr (64-bit) which was just updated today. I also have a Windows 11 laptop with Firefox 150.0 (64-bit). Now all of a sudden all of my bookmarks have been combined. The ones that were on the laptop are now on my desktop and vice versa. I started deleting the ones on the desktop that were from the laptop and they started to be automatically deleted from my laptop. How do I stop this from happening.

I think you start sync function, and you choose what data to sync. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-choose-what-information-sync-firefox

You need to do it on both computers.

I'm not sure how syncing got turned on but now I know how to turn it off. Thanks!
