Yesterday in one of your updates, when the pages I had open came back up, all bookmarks & recent history were gone.

Here are some ways to restore lost bookmarks and history:
Recovering Bookmarks:
1. Automatic backups
- press Ctrl+Shift+B or Cmd+Shift+B > click "Import and Backup," select "Restore," and choose an automatic backup date
2. Manual backup
- Open the (old Firefox data) folder, then open the profile folder inside. Locate the places.sqlite file (has history and bookmarks). Copy this file and replace the places.sqlite file in your current active profile folder.
3. .Json backup (if you have a .json backup)
- press(Ctrl+Shift+B), Click Import and Backup , Restore , Choose File, thenSelect your saved backup file.
Recovering History:
1. Restoring previous session:
- Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right > History > Restore Previous Session.
2. Manual backup
- Open the (old Firefox data) folder, then open the profile folder inside. Locate the places.sqlite file (has history and bookmarks). Copy this file and replace the places.sqlite file in your current active profile folder.
