Thanks for your suggestions. I had no luck with either. I tried the Troubleshoot mode, which was new to me, and received the same result.

Clearing the cache brought the same result.

Don't really know, I was using the Brave and the Mullvad browser and went back to Firefox when this blocked request started happening. How would you check to confirm this? I barely do know how to use a browser.

Since I was having an issue with the Firefox browser, I downloaded it, the Firefox browser, to my phone and tried it. Access to the Powerball website was successful. This was accessed thru my phone's wifi connection and not its hotspot access.

I want you to connect your computer to your phones hotspot and see if the site works for you?
