bold text I want to recover my account just as it was one week ago. My computer crashed a few days ago and I am having a night mare getting all my accounts reentered. I am a 77 year old senior citizen and some of the instructions are just too complicated for me. I appreciate all your help. I love my account and I am lost without it. Hi Lillie, did you need to do more than just start Firefox, such as Refresh, reinstall, etc.?
Crashes can corrupt files, but sometimes you can recover the files locally, or retrieve data using Firefox's Sync feature. It sounds like so far you haven't been able to do that for your saved logins/passwords. Is that the only missing data?
