Hey. When win 10 support ends, how long after can i get updates from firefox to firefox? I am thinking to get Opatch on my laptop, because i will not have win 11, but it is nescassary that firefox is updated so i still can login many places, ex bank, health and so on.

Mozilla is the makers of the web browser named Firefox so the updates comes from Mozilla.

Windows 11 is basically built on same NT 10.0 as Windows 10 so I imagine Firefox will still be supported on Windows 10 for a long while potentially.

Mozilla has a history of supporting eol OS's for a while compared to the Chrome/Chromium browsers. For example Chrome/Chromium browsers stopped supporting the eol Windows 7, 8, 8.1 back in Jan/Feb 2023. Yet Mozilla is still supporting Windows 7, 8, 8.1 with Firefox 115 ESR. It is currently at 115.22.0esr and will be updated till 115.27.0esr in August unless Mozilla extends updates again. The also support the eol macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 with Firefox 115 ESR.

Mozilla supported the then eol WinXP/Vista for over a 1 1/2 years? longer compared to Chrome/Chromium browsers.

So if by chance Windows 10 was dropped in current Releases it will likely still be supported for some time with a current ESR version.
