No, i cant. Can you explain me?

A "new Tab" is empty, i can´t modify anything.

You have to switch to Default New Tab in Settings -> Home.

You also can show the built-in Firefox Home / new tab page by typing or pasting about:home in the address bar and pressing Enter to load it.

Thanks, the new Page (about:home) was empty because in the Settings the shortcuts was deaktivated. Now in Settings it activate an i can modify the Shortcuts.
