Youtube isnt calling the video playback element when browsing in a public window

Youtube isnt getting the video when using a non-private window. I've tried turning off every adblock I have. I removed some extensions that werent active in private windows to see if that was the problem. I tried closing and re-opening firefox. I restarted my computer. I logged out and back into google and then back out. Then i opened inspect element and the console and ... i have no idea what im looking at here but it says theres an error on the non-private window that *isnt* there on the private window, and it doesnt even show the playback element in the console as far as i know? i genuinely have no idea how to fix this or what is even broken, please help.

Without a error reporting to send back or posting the error reporting - for those familiar to look at there nothing any users on here can do to help here or see what is going on.
