So this does not concern about the Mozilla VPN, Firefox Relay, MDN Plus, Hubs products from Mozilla that has paid subscriptions?. The links posted above are for getting help including with subscriptions for those Mozilla products. Mozilla VPN for example is US$59.88 total + tax for 12 months.

If so then you need to contact whomever you have a subscription with as you posted this thread in the (desktop) Firefox support section.
