Recently, about one out of four webpages that I try to visit seem to fail to load on FireFox. This is FF for Windows, and is the most updated version. This issue even occurred just now when typing in MOZILLA.COM. Everytime one of these pages fails I attempt it with Chrome or Brave, and it works just fine. It does not matter whether they're ventured to through Google links or other links, or whether I type the address in manually. It only happens sometimes, as other times the same page loads just fine.

Is the time and date correct in Windows?

It should work if you disable the setting "Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates" but it is preferable to keep it enabled and identify the cause of the problem.
