The docs advise to use transform: scale();

You should go to the site where you got the css and check with that site for issues using the css edits. By default Firefox doesn't support css edits that is user customized css that they use with Firefox.

People are still welcome to try and get help with userChrome.css and userContent.css issues here as some people here can help with that if there are around. No need to tell people the look elsewhere for help.
