Using 5th gen iPad Pro with iOS 16. Apple’s iCloud Backup has the FF app size as 147GB.

Have tried clearing FF cache, and also deleting and reinstalling the FF app. Apple’s system (which is new for me after 4 decades as Windows based IT professional, and with which I am sorely disappointed) does not allow users granular control of the backup. App files are hidden, apparently, and I can’t tell what’s going on.
