Saved tabs on Startup is blacked out.
In the Settings menu, under General and Startup, the option to "Open previous windows and tabs" is greyed out, and I can't turn it on. I don't know how this happened. I've already checked for updates, and checked the troubleshooting section for help. Nothing works.
