Firefox stopped clearing browser and download history when the browser is closed. It appears this started after the latest update (104.0). The settings have not been changed, nor have any new extensions been added. Firefox just simply stopped performing this function as it should.

Update: Everything is working fine now. I haven't made any changes yet today the browser decided to work correctly. I'm chalking it up to the browser simply having a brain fart. Either way, problem solved.

Update: Everything is working fine now. I haven't made any changes yet today the browser decided to work correctly. I'm chalking it up to the browser simply having a brain fart. Either way, problem solved.
