My windows got corrupted had to reinstall everything and this means i have lost my old Firefox account password is there anyway i can get all those saved passwords as i need them. Any help would be great

Unless you have a backup of your profile folder then you probably have lost the logins and yoiu will have to reset the password for these websites.

Are there other devices still connected to that Firefox account ?

Note that Sync isn't designed to be used as a backup, but is merely meant to sync data between connected devices. Best is always to backup your personal data locally.
