Hello, It started last night: Firefox stopped working. I've been trying to reinstall it for 4 hours now and each time I do so, it crashes first "hmm for some reason blabla" then I have to install it another way from the same website and it says "your download was interrupted" I can see the firefox logo on my desktop after i install it but a blue circle just goes round and round. I ve uninstalled and reinstalled it 50 times, it changes nothing. cleared the caches also. the other weird thing is that windows doesnt detect when i uninstall firefox. the picture is still there an hour after the fact as if the uninstalling was still happening Please help me, i dont want to be stuck with google chrome for ever ! for some reason i cant interact with firefox. the mouse cant click on it. it freezes.
