My 2FA cannot be setup. When I scan the code with 3 different authenticators, 2FAS, ID.ME, LASTPASS. it responds with incorrect code. Why is this? Now I cannot turn the feature back on.

You can try to scan the QR code with your barcode scanner instead of with the authenticator app. You should be able to open the "otpauth://" link in the authenticator app.
