Mother passed away from lung cancer from abostoes
lmy mother had lung cancer from abostoes and its been a few years since the law firm fialed with the trust funds. They received a offer from John Mansfield trust for$2,500 and offered me 1,200 something doesn't seem rite. I have been told that it could be years before the trust companies pay. when I was on the phone with the girl I was told that they have already received the money since I signed the release form about 2 months ago. The letter I signed yesterday said it could be 6 to 8 weeks before getting the money. Can someone please tell me why if they have already received the money. This was filed 3 year's ago.
