about:preferences, about:addons and address bar not compact
Upgraded from 60.9ESR to 78.8ESR Tons of empty white space being wasted in my address bar drop down, and the preferences+addons pages now only occupy half the screen so I have to scroll more to see all my options, click to fully read text boxes and open sub-menus?!
How can I make these things more compact? The Customize options don't affect them, though I've changed the "blow-up" address bar behaviour using policies.json.

To customize the address bar sizing, modify your userChrome.css file within your Firefox Profile.
To find your Firefox Profile folder From the menu, Help > Troubleshooting Information Under Application Basics section, find Profile Folder and Open Folder Create a folder called chrome inside this Profile Folder Inside the chrome folder, create an empty .css file called userChrome.css

Thank you, that helped, although I'm having some issues with the popout megabar position being shifted downwards, and resizing in strange ways. The background of the results was also ?sometimes? translucent, making the text of the results impossible to read.
Not the easiest thing to learn to troubleshoot when many customizations are seemingly dependent on each other.
