See attached picture. Am I right to assume the (Q) next "Inspect Element" is a shortcut key? If yes, how does this work? pressing the Q-key on my keyboard does nothing. Please clarify.

I think its shift Q becaus the Q is there a Capital letter

Works fine here with Firefox from the Mozilla server if I press the 'Q' access key (no Shift needed).

Try the Firefox version from the official Mozilla server if you currently use a version from the repositories of your Linux distribution.
