Could you describe the problem in more detail? Is Firefox completely broken? Are you running Windows? There is a problem affecting some Windows users recently where Firefox can't load any pages: the tab area is blank, there's no error message. In many of those cases, the problem was that certain Microsoft Visual C++ files that are shared between applications became corrupted or were changed in a way that isn't compatible with Firefox.
