Not sure why this page deleted my question while trying to share data but I'll start again.

I'm getting Malwarebyte alerts from something in firefox.exe, it's called restoro. It's not a program that's in my control panel so I can't delete it. It was quarantined but seconds later it was trying again. I included an image of the last scan done Nov. 28. I've deleted firefox before but it came back when I installed again. Is it something that firefox is supposed to have or is it some trojan that's latched onto firefox?

Web search: https://www.bing.com/search?q=restoro.com

Look for the program in: Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features (Uninstall Program)

As I said it is there is no restoro in control panel\programs so I can't delete it from there. Is it part of firefox?

I am not aware of that.

You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed free to use malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

I run Microsoft defender, Malwarebyte (which is what found it), and CCleaner on a regular basis. I had Malwarebyte quarantine the stuff that said it was restoro and suspicious but when it said it was in firefox.exe I wondered if it was thing to do with Mozilla. I'm careful about what and where I download from so I just wanted to make sure I didn't quarantine some FF needs to run prperly.

Quarantine suspicious software. If you want, post the names of those files here.

Included images the first is the same as above where it said it was from Firefox. the other two are saying something else now that I blocked it after the first malware notice.

My concern is that I'm running malwarebytes as a trial and when it ends I won't know if this is something that may cause issues. Of course if it's something to do with Firefox then I don't have to worry - I hope.

Most of the programs listed here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=noare free to use. A subscription is only to release other options in the program.

This includes Malwarebytes.

Okay thanks for the information. I just didn't want to mess FF up by trying to get rid of something it needs. I'll try full scans if available.
