Printing
Will the version 77 update to beta Thunderbird fix the problem I had with version 75 where I couldn't print an email. I went back to version 71 and it works fine. Please let me know if it's safe to update.

Nightly builds are a development environment. f you want to run nightly builds, you will want to become familiar with bugzilla where issues are tracked and you can do searches on issues. There are currently a couple bug reports https://mzl.la/2XkCeCx
This does not answer my problem. I need to know if the Thunderbird beta update #77 fixes the print problem I encountered on update #75. I am currently running on beta version 71, which works fine for printing email. Before I go through the ordeal of updating to #77, I want to know if the printing problem was addressed and fixed. Again, I was not able to print any emails when I updated to version #75.

I tried to print with Microsoft Print to PDF in 77b3/W10 and it failed, but when the preference print.show_print_progress was toggled to false, printing succeeded.
You should see that this is now fixed in 78 beta
