Firefox crashes
Hello experts,
Hope you are all doing well.
On a corporate Thinkpad T480 running Windows 10 Version 1803 OS Build 17134.1006 Firefox is crashing daily. Chrome or IE doesn't have the same problem. Troubleshooting performed so far: 1. Tried running Firefox for a full day in Safe Mode: Still crashes - bp-d9e945ed-e475-4b92-a449-e3b620191002 2. Tried ESR version of Firefox - no improvement. 3. Re-installed Firefox a few times - no improvement. 4. Chrome, IE, Edge do not have the same problem but they are not Firefox : ) 5. Reviewed the Firefox crashes knowledge base and tried everything listed there. Last test was to use Firefox for a day in Safe Mode (wasn't easy but I coped with it)
Something i've noticed (not 100% sure about it) is that if I leave a private window open the crash is somehow more likely to occur.
So far my observations are that this is some sort of a memory leak-like problem as just before the crash tabs on the browser and some content on pages becomes blank when I hover over with the mouse. Task Manager shows very high Memory usage 1,5-2 GBs.
Any and all advises are welcomed. Thank you!
Regards, Dimitar

Nevermind the "memory leak" suggestion. Here is what is reported in the crash dump, but unsure how to fix that exactly:
Crash Reason Unhandled C++ Exception

The crash report flagged these programs;

dgapi.dll = Digital Guardian = Verdasys, Inc
ame_outlooksensor64.dll = Digital Guardian
ame_smtpsensor.dl = Digital Guardian
os_plugin.dll = Digital Guardian = Verdasys, Inc
ae_mailsensor_plugin.dll = Digital Guardian
EpMPApi.dll = McAfee Endpoint
FileSyncShell.dll = Microsoft OneDrive = Microsoft Corporation
Completely remove Digital Guardian. Is the problem still there?
If so, update McAfee. Any difference?
Thank you Fred for the helpful comments. What I've done after your suggestions here was:
Consult with local IT and:
1. Uninstalled CrashPlan completely (taking away 1 backup option) which is known to cause performance problems. 2. Updated McAfee and today I got yet another crash.
This is the ID of that crash: bp-52850d59-3e0c-4a21-9de8-4c5260191009
Using my limited skills of searching the raw crash dump log file I didn't find any mention of Digital Guardian in there. Can you check it again and see if it looks like the last one or there is something else you think might be the root cause this time?
Thank you again in advance - you've been very helpful so far!

I didn't find any mention of Digital Guardian in there.
If it was listed, it would be by the program name, not the creator. Unless you know how to read the raw data, best not to bother.
Looking through the crash report and find the programs list under; Modules. Look for anything in red.

A ShutDownKill means something about the browser stopped working properly.
