For some reason firefox has problems with Gmail. I always end up with "Numeric Code: 1" . I can get in my account after refreshing, but it takes time and it is very frustrating. I have tried after cleaning up everything, disabling all plugins, but at no avail. Could you please help me?

Try to Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Data

"Clear the Cache":

    Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear

It seems that it happens to other browsers too. This is is the screen that I get in Chrome and in Firefox. I thought it was firefox because I have ditched all other browsers.
