Hi aepsarpudin11, your Firefox identified itself as version 45, which is quite ancient now.

Since your Firefox could be misidentifying itself, could you double-check the version listed on the Troubleshooting Information page? Either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter

Then check the first table on the page:

  • What is listed for Version ?
  • What is listed for Update Channel ?
