This is not a bug, this is a change made to YouTube. Now the recommendations remain the same even if you refresh. The recommendations are also the same across multiple devices and browsers.

To remove something from the list, you have to click the three dots next to the video's title and select Not interested.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Wesley for your prompt answer. I understand how I can remove the ones I am not interested in, but how to renew the recommendations ? When I hit either refresh, home or if I choose a video: when I come back to Home the recommendations remain the same... Does You Tube refresh recommendations within a certain time lapse ? Even when I qui the browser and come back, still the same. The only time I managed to get another set of recommended videos is after going to another page/website. Then, when I reopen YouTube, I have renewed recommendations. You Tube did not answer my query... :( Cheers

I'm not sure about that either. It doesn't change when you refresh anymore and it's the same on different computers. I would assume that it will change after a period of time, although I can't say for sure because I'm not affiliated with YouTube.

The YouTube support section is the best place to get an answer, but it's community run so it may take a while to get a response and the people answering may have no idea either.

All I can confirm for you is that it's not Firefox-specific.

Funny thing, it does it on mobile format: when I refresh on my iPhone, it changes... Anyway, thanks for your support ! Cheers
