Every time I click to expand comments on Facebook, it sends me to the top of the page and I lose what I was looking at.

Thanks for the response, but it's not particularly helpful. I've just spent 30 minutes looking around my pages and have no idea what you're talking about. Thanks anyway.
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

Firefox shows the shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Content Blocking is blocking content.
- click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection
You can check the Web Console about what content is blocked

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

Most of the information you've given me is out of date. For instance, there is not a shield icon nor is there any Web Developer menu anywhere.
Still, I've tried to follow your directions, and can't find anything wrong.
I don't have any ad blocking extensions. The only extensions I have are Video Download Helper and any that come natively in Firefox.
I appreciate your help.
