I think that you are out of luck with accessing the Firefox Account when you can't use the Authenticator and also do not have recovery codes and a recovery key. I do not know whether a recovery key can give access to the account if you can't pass the 2FA validation. I've never used the recovery key myself and also have never seen documentation about how to use it. Some time ago you could get access to the account via a password reset, but that seem doesn't to be possible (I recently tested and I still to to supply the 2FA code after a password reset).
