That is a shutdown hang where Firefox takes too long to close and a crash is forced.
- Firefox 63.0.3 Crash Report [@ IPCError-browser | ShutDownKill ]
Use one of these to close Firefox if you are currently doing that by clicking the close X on the Firefox title bar.
- "3-bar" menu button -> Exit (Power button)
- Windows: File -> Exit
- Mac: Firefox -> Quit Firefox
- Linux: File -> Quit
If you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" the try to disable this feature.

A shutdown kill means that something in Firefox is not closing properlly.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
