Ripeto i miei dati: windows 10 aggiornato; kaspersky internet security; tutto funziona perfettamente. Oggi ho aggiornato a Firefox 63. Da ieri mi appare che i segnalibri non possono funzionare correttamente. Ho seguito tutte le vostre possibili soluzioni ed aiuti. Da ultimo ho provato a ripristinare i segnalibri; mi dice che non posso salvare il backup. Cosa posso fare. Grazie. SOCREMBERGAMO

Problem solved. We removed Firefox, before rebooting the computer we deleted the "Mozilla" folder located in C: \ Users \ Paolo Riva \ AppData \ Roaming Restarted the PC, we proceeded with the reinstallation of the program. At the end we imported the "Bookmarks" and everything is back to work. Giovanni Trovesi

socrembergamo said I repeat my data: windows 10 updated; kaspersky internet security; everything works perfectly. Today I updated to Firefox 63. Since yesterday it seems to me that bookmarks can not work properly. I followed all your possible solutions and help. Finally I tried to restore the bookmarks; He tells me that I can not save the backup. What can I do. Thank you. SOCREMBERGAMO

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
