Hi, I would think you would have to go in to each and look or go in remotely and look. Short cut is to type or Copy/Paste about:addons to the Address Bar then Enter then will possibly have to Click on More to get the version.

While in there can Click the Gear Icon Top Right and force look for updates.

Firefox helps with Developers add-ons/Extension but Last Pass has their own Support Page and FAQ's as well as Email Support for Last Pass. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager/
