hi, can you give more details on the circumstances. does this crash happen reproducible while trying to access a particular website?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Every time I open FireFox it appears the error that I show in the image, I'm Brazilian, I'm sorry for my English, I'm using google translator, as soon as I open it, this message appears that the tab locked, "Aff, flap locked".

When I try to open a site the same error appears, I thought it was version 58.0.2, so I downloaded version 57.0.0 and the error continued.

I've already logged into safe mode and the error also occurs.

I like FireFox because it looks lighter than Chrome, I do not know why it stopped working.

I tried to do everything but the error remains.

Can you post what the first image says as is? We have translators and need to know what it says.

And do the same with the "Aff, flap locked". message.

Download this file, open index.html, it is the error page, I tried to translate for you.

this kind of crash is fairly unique among the userbase. are you using any particular vpn or proxy software or something else that might interfere with network traffic?

perhaps you could also try to run a scan of your system with various security tools like free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.

This error only occurs with FireFox, other browsers, the error does not exist.

I am downloading the programs you mentioned, soon posting the resulting one.

I do not use proxy or vpn, Chrome and Internet Explorer work normally.

As you saw above in the GIF, I just opened the FireFox and the error is shown, this occurs when, accessing any site as well.

I do not know why this occurs, before FireFox worked normally, without errors!

at this point it's fairly difficult, as you seem to be pretty much the only firefox user in the world hit by this type of crash according to crash stats. but some general troubleshooting that you could try:
