Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Every time I open FireFox it appears the error that I show in the image, I'm Brazilian, I'm sorry for my English, I'm using google translator, as soon as I open it, this message appears that the tab locked, "Aff, flap locked".

this kind of crash is fairly unique among the userbase. are you using any particular vpn or proxy software or something else that might interfere with network traffic?

perhaps you could also try to run a scan of your system with various security tools like free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.

This error only occurs with FireFox, other browsers, the error does not exist.

I am downloading the programs you mentioned, soon posting the resulting one.

I do not use proxy or vpn, Chrome and Internet Explorer work normally.

As you saw above in the GIF, I just opened the FireFox and the error is shown, this occurs when, accessing any site as well.

I do not know why this occurs, before FireFox worked normally, without errors!

at this point it's fairly difficult, as you seem to be pretty much the only firefox user in the world hit by this type of crash according to crash stats. but some general troubleshooting that you could try:

• start windows into safemode with networking in order to test if the crash is due to interference of third-party software that is running on your system (and disabled in safemode): https://support.microsoft.com/help/17419/windows-7-advanced-startup-options-safe-mode
• create a new firefox profile to see if the issue may be due to some setting/configuration of firefox: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
• try a clean reinstall of firefox. uninstall it through the system control panel and then open windows explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (also try x86)\Mozilla Firefox\ - if this folder is still existing, then manually delete it. afterwards download and install a new copy of firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
