<p>have deleted history allowed cookies opened up pop ups and updated FF but still no good.
</p>Many thanks problem seems resolved. I switched off router and waitied 8 hours.

There is no other phone number or request to log in to any other site.
It should be noted that when I logged into my android firefox on my phone the problem was replicated HOWEVER when I went into mobile data mode and left my router, I was able to use firefox to access the site. This makes me think the router has something to do with the problem??
