I hate the new page. (I want the "Tiles".... THAT I CAN CONTROL/PIN) So I have toggled it to false, as recommended, in about:config

However I still have your annoying footer in new tab "rearrange toolbar" & "Learn more"

It's a POP-UP! Pop-ups are designed to annoy......yet there seems no way to get rid of it! Please tell me how to stop this nuisance.
