I can't upload pictures to Facebook from Firefox on this computer. The pload seems to start, then after some time a general error message is displayed (entirely unhelpful

I can upload them using Firefox on another compuer I can upload them using Chrome on this computer

If my wife logs in to her Facebook account on this computer she gets exactly the same problem, so it appears to be something related to Firefox om this computer only

I have tried Uninstalling & reinstalling Firefox - still fails I have tried creating a new profile - still fails I have tried to reset/refresh Firefox - still fails I have tried starting Firefox in safe mode - still fails

Any help would be appreciated as this is now driving me nuts

Please provide a screenshot of that error message.


See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

Ok - it's not even getting as far as the error message now. It just hangs. Screenshot attached
