I have Firefox 48.0.2 and Roboform 7.9.21.5 and the toolbar shows up but won't respond. Also roboform won't respond in Firefox but works fine in Chrome.
Since updating Firefox and then it telling me to update Roboform and doing that, roboform won't respond in Firefox yet works perfectly fine in Chrome.

Switched to Chrome and all is good now. I gave up on Firefox.
